Our Gemstone Estates Condo community is self-managed via our bylaws and a dedicated Board of Volunteer Owners. The Association has 113 Condo Owners located in the northeast area of Marion/Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Our Board's Mission is to improve our association's appeal while guiding our short and long-term planning. We do this by listening to our owners' feedback, handling maintenance issues, learning from other HOA benchmarks and managing finances, changes and plans with transparency.
